House Colors
This document contains sample for 2022 colors. That depending on your computer's graphic driver and monitor the colors may not be accurate. We recommend getting a physical chart from the board. All charts can be found in All Documents.
Driveway Colors
This chart shows the approved colors for driveways. The colors with an X through them are not allowed. Note: When painting your driveway do not paint your sidewalk as this may cause the sidewalk to become slippery when wet. It also violates city code.
Roof Colors
This chart shows the approved colors for roof shingles. We know that different manufacturers colors are not always the same. The board is also considering allowing metal roofs as long as the metal roof has the appearance of shingles.
